Cortez IDC is located in La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico, amongst the breathtaking beauty of the Sierra de La Giganta - a magnificent backdrop to, The Sea of Cortez. Called the "World's Aquarium" (by Jacques Cousteau), it is a must for all divers, you can expect to see some of the most impressive marine animals in the world; Hammerhead sharks, Whale sharks, Blue, Gray and Orca Whales, Dolphins and Giant Pacific Manta Rays, to name but a few.
We share our facilites with the award winning Cortez Club with two Dive centers placed within the two most Luxurious Resorts in La Paz, you'll find everything you need on site.

Our staff are lead by Luke Inman. Luke is one of the youngest and most dynamic Instructor Trainers out there. Cortez IDC has staff members from every imaginable part of the planet.
