It is vital that you obtain an Instructor Manual and your instructor candidate workbook prior to commencing the IDC/OWSI program. The knowledge reviews in the candidate workbook refer to the Instructor manual and general familiarity with its layout will be of benefit during the IDC and more importantly, the Instructor Exams.

Instructor Candidate Workbook, PADI Instructor Manual, Confined Water Cue cards, Open Water Cue cards, Law & The Diving Professional, RDP The table and the wheel, Confined water lesson Prep Slate, Open Water lesson Prep Slate, Open Water Diver Quizzes & Exam Booklet, Rescue Diver Final Exam Booklet, Divemaster Final Exam Booklet, Best Of the Undersea Journal, Open Water through to Divemaster Manuals.
Recommended Materials:
Diving Knowledge Workbook & Encyclopaedia of Recreational Diving, either books or CD-Rom.
Important Information:
Prior to enrolment on the IDC/OWSI each candidate is expected to have and Instructor level knowledge of Dive Theory in the following areas: Physics, Physiology, Diving Skills & the Environment, Equipment and The RDP table & Wheel.
It is highly recommended that the IDC Crew Pack be purchased prior to attending the course.
