Luke has received numerous awards of excellence from PADI for his dedication and Professionalism. Luke's greatest asset is his patience and enthusiasm for teaching. His broad knowledge will prepare you for a job in the Dive Industry.

Luke successfully completed his Course Director training in California. Previous to becoming a PADI Instructor Luke was a commercial Diver. While living in England he worked as a Media Diver & Camera assistant working; for Lucas Films, BBC Wildlife, many commercial companies and Castle Rock Entertainment.

Luke is now a working cameraman/Director of Photography. Having shot various commercials and shows from clients such as The World Wildlife Fund, Televisa. TV Azteca, Channel 5 and The BBC.

Luke is actively involved in cutting edge conservation efforts. The Shark Tagging program being carried out by IEMANYA OCEANICA in association with UC Davis, CIBNOR and CICIMAR in Mexico. Is the only project of its type in the World.

Luke is also the Communications Director for IEMANYA OCEANICA, a Non-Profit 501 (c) 3 dedicated to protecting Sharks and Rays and their habitats. He is the creative force behind 'Adopt a Shark'.

When Luke isn't scuba diving, he's at home playing with his dogs and working with his rare palm collection.
